All day dining is located in a highly local and touristic area because of its convenient location for being a minute walk from Kintetsu Nara Station. I conducted a marketing survey of the neighborhood with the client from the stage of exploring his business style that would be consistent with the local conditions, and at the same time carried out the design work. In order to make this shop familiar to many people regardless of age or gender, I designed a confortable interior decoration, illumination varying in accordance with the time of day, an animated open kitchen, and a warm fireplace counter. These are applicable to party time. By taking part in the direction of the interior, uniform, menu, content and shopper, I could suggest the future operation of the shop management.
